Day 33

Today was busy..The only thing I could think about to post today is about numbers.. One thing about Type 1 is that is is all about numbers... I checked Madi and she was fine, then an hour after she was very high....I asked her several times is she snuck a snack and she said no...Then I told her her numbers were high..and that her numbers tell me something about what she has done in the past hour..Then she told me she had chips... ..
Here she is at the creek.... She does love to be active!! because of this she only gets about 2 units day right now  :0 at most!! Craig on the other hand gets about 17 units a day right now..
Anytime we check the kids' numbers , that number tells us something..Whether they are low and not eating enough or being too active, or if they are good and that tells me they are being responsible, or if they are high, it tells us they are eating too much  we need to change their  numbers, they are dehydrated, or possibly getting sick.. All numbers tell us something:)
