Day 108

Headed out on a nice Hike.. Awe..Arizona is cooling off a little bit and I love it..
Why? Because I hate Arizona the rest of the year ..ha!!

One thing we have realized is that When Craig gets up early int he morning and does excersize he is high.. His numbers are high and there almost no getting them down..
The same was for this morning when we went on our hike.. Usually when he is active he gets low, so he predicts he will again below.. but nope.. Not for early mornings..
My husband said maybe because his body has been storing energy all night, so he is high.. I have no idea, but that is how Craigs body works and we are finally figuring it out.. If he has early morning baseball practice, its the same story.. super high...

Madi was so excited to find tons of tiny frogs at the "water fall trail" ...ya, I have never seen a  waterfall there, but thats what its called..

I love that our kids can still be active ...Our family kind of thrives on it!!
